FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FAQ
Purchase & Returns

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment online, as well as PayPal.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?
All products are produced to order and require a high degree of printmaking skill and attention to detail. We
inspect every product that is sent out; nothing will be drop-shipped. Framed prints will always take slightly
longer than unframed prints. Shipping time will also vary based on location. Products are typically received
within 2 to 4 weeks from the time your order is placed.

When will my credit card be charged?
Prints are hand-produced after an order is placed. Once you officially commission the work (i.e. purchase a
fine art print) your credit card will be charged.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order by checking your account or by emailing mike@goliveimages.com to receive a
status update.

What is your return policy?
All products from Go Live Images are custom made upon order and each print is purely unique, therefore
they are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable unless they are damaged upon arrival to
you. If your print arrives to you damaged you can reach out to us via email with pictures of the damages
and we will respond to your inquiry.

What if my fine art print arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged please contact mike@goliveimages.com immediately
to discuss your options. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of your purchase Go Live Images
cannot accept responsibility for work that has arrived damaged.

Customer Service

Can I request a certain number in a limited edition?
Yes. Of course, the number you request may have already been sold. If the requested number is available,
you can request that number of the limited edition at no extra charge (i.e. if 7 is your favorite number you
can request your print to be numbered “7/50” assuming the edition size is 50 prints).

Can I request a custom size?
Yes. Depending on the image we may be able to fill requests for custom sizes. However, a custom size will
not be part of a limited edition.

How can I obtain the rights to license an image I saw on Go Live Images
Go Live Images does not license any photos it represents for editorial or commercial use. Any media
requests should go to mike@goliveimages.com.

Are there discounts for ordering in bulk?
Customers and quality are the essence of what we do at Go Live Images. Contact me at
mike@goliveimages.com and we can always work something out.

What size prints are available?
Each print is offered in different sizes based on several factors.

What does it mean for my print to be part of a limited edition?
By its very nature, photography is intended to be reproduced. This stands in stark contrast to other forms of
fine art such as paintings and sculptures. The common practice in the fine art world is to produce fine art
photography in limited editions in order to create scarcity and allow for the work to appreciate in value. A
limited-edition is defined primarily by print size and production technique. Limited editions vary in size with
the size of the edition playing an important role in determining value.
